- Returns & Replacements
- A problem with the goods
All our instruments are individually inspected before they are packaged with the utmost care, then handed onto our trusted couriers, however in the unlikely event of any problems please note the following policy:
All damages and shortages must be indicated when signing for the goods, otherwise we ourselves will not be able to make a claim. Please therefore check your order carefully.
You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of any shortages or goods damaged in transit.
Where goods have been damaged in transit or found faulty on receipt, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds or replacements will not be possible until the damaged goods are returned to our warehouse in their original condition, as received, and packaging.
Please note our warehouse address differs from our office address, and will be provided should goods need to be returned.
If you do not comply with the above terms we have the right to refuse the issue of a refund for the damaged or defective item, so please contact us as soon as you are aware of any problems.Changing your mind
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop delivery. However, if delivery has already taken place, please still contact us immediately and return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving them. Provided the goods are returned in saleable condition we will give you a full refund or exchange the goods as you prefer.
Please note that refunds will not include any delivery charges incurred when your order was first sent to you or when you returned it. If we arrange collection, then the costs of collection will be treated as your costs of return and will be deducted from the price you first paid when calculating the refund you are due. Normal delivery terms (see above) apply to goods sent out in exchange.
Please also note that refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
Incorrect Delivery details
If an incorrect delivery address has been given and another party has signed for the goods, Fine Online Shopping Ltd will not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result.

Delivery Arrangements
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2-3 working days but would ask that you please allow 7 working days from receipt of your order.
Once your order and payment have been processed we shall send you an email with the expected delivery date. Our couriers aim to get all orders to you by 5pm on the given date of delivery.
For orders placed late in the day, over the weekend, or during holidays the order will be processed on the next working day
Very occasionally, our 7 day standard is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee a 7 day service. Please let us know immediately if it has not taken place.
Please note for some larger items a signature will be required so please consider having items delivered to your place of work.
